Sam’s story: one tweet at a time

A novel is currently in the making, one Tweet at a time.

The story’s opening line is written by Neil Gaiman, author of Coraline, Neverwhere and American Gods, posting on Twitter as @neilhimself:

“Sam was brushing her hair when the girl in the mirror put down the hairbrush, smiled & said, “We don’t love you anymore.”

From there Sam goes on a journey which takes her into a weird and wonderful world of magic and mayhem.

To catch up with the story so far, follow  http://www.twitter.com/BBCAA and take part by submitting the next sentence in 140 characters or less using the @BBCAA and the #bbcawdio tags.

The plan is to edit the contributions and compile a script, which will eventually be made into an audiobook.
