Slow Food Week

Take the slow road to haute cuisine and savour the flavours of tasty morsels which may take a little time to prepare, but are well worth the wait.

Slow Food Week celebrates traditional, locally-sourced and specialist products – Sea lavender honey, Medlar, Goosnargh cake and Cornish Saffron Cake are among the lesser-known British delicacies being rescued from obscurity.
